using online resources from off-campus

Have you experienced any difficulties using online library resources from computers off-campus?

There are an astonishing number of places where something can go wrong, but when it works, it's sooo good!!

Please let tech. support (1-877-241-1781) know when it's not working, what error messages you get, etc. We noticed some intermittent problems with the college's web server on Saturday night; earlier Saturday, EBSCO databases were having problems, but others seemed OK. Sometimes we need to correct something in your library account; sometimes it's your firewall.
