Two Benjamin Franklin events cancelled due to inclement weather have been rescheduled.
These events are the opening reception rescheduled for February 17 and "Show Me the Franklins" which will be held on March 10. For a listing of these and other upcoming programs see the dates below.
February 17, Thursday: Opening Reception rescheduled for 6-7 pm. Meet and greet the Reader's Theatre cast. Refreshments will be served: “Franklin in his Own Words” and Discussion, Civic Hall, 7 p.m.
The Readers' Theatre of American Literature, directed by Professor Allison Green, will present, "Franklin In His Own Words", followed by discussion led by Joan Getaz, Project Director for the Benjamin Franklin exhibit
February 24, Thursday: "Franklin's Inventions and Discoveries" and Demonstration, Civic Hall - 7 p.m.
Mr. Keith Haines will present an illustrated talk, "Franklin's Inventions and Discoveries". Mr. Haines is retired from the History Department of the Cherry Hill Schools, and is a presenter at the Independence Park Institute.
February 25, Friday: Last day to see the exhibit!
Rescheduled Event: March 10, Thursday: "Show Me the Franklins" and Discussion, Civic Hall, 7 p.m.
Dr. Amanda Kemp and the Theatre for Transformation will present, "Show Me the Franklins".
